Brief About The Project:
This work takes as a field of experimentation the city of Agadir, second most visited touristic destination of Morocco after Marrakech which is still not connected to the Moroccan railway network. The project is a multimodal exchange hub for mixed uses including a railway station, shops, restaurants, services, a business center, public spaces and a urban park to allow social mix, meeting and exchange. The project will be anchored in the heart of Hay Mohammadi, a dormitory neighborhood with the aim of revitalizing it following the principles of the Transit Oriented Development .
