OBJECTIVES
To design a new concept for Juvenile rehabilitation center by :
1-Integrating smart systems and sustainable programs suitable for the local resources.
2-The definition of herichary and promotion to encourage juveniles to be better humans.
3-Creating a village like structure integrated with local health and education facilities.
4-Emphasize the national and international justice systems of juveniles worldwide.
OVERVIEW
Juveniles are considered to be a thorny issue , a worldwide dilemma attacking a
large category in our society, are they considered victims or guilty?
Do we have to rehabilitate or punish them to create a positive part of the society?
