Brief About The Project: 

Project for the design of a sustainable residential neighborhood in Jordan in the city of Zarqa, where there is a lot of environmental and urban pollution due to air pollution.The design is based on the design of an wind catcher in the center of the city where it collects and withdraws hot air and purified through the water tank connected to the ground and the output of fresh air cool to the city.The units of high-cost residential units have been directed to the southern façade in order to reduce the amount of sunlight directed to them and thus reduce the use of cooling devices.Finally, the use of facade treatments for monomers, which is one of the most sustainable elements in a small sizes.
