Brief About The Project:
S.T.E.A.M is an interactive educational center that simulates the mind in multi levels of understanding taking Platos’ Divided line metaphor as a guidance to set its dimensions.
The underlying structure of the center defined in different grids and matrices aimed to make the building a three dimensional textbook: where students can think about the cosmic rules behind the architectural work , where they can see its application in the form of the building, and where they can experience the harmony of these rules in every detail: the spacing of the functions, the volume of the space, the materials and furnishing.
