The project is considered as the cultural gate to all of the cultural journeys in Amman , this is why the country need a such project.
Located in an important cultural knot of ِAmman, an End and Beginning point that links all the cultural tracks in the city. responding to the variables of the place, Accessibility, Facing, Spatiality, Functionality, Theoretical volume and image.
