People think any building that recycle waste is meant to be unnoticed and unpleasant.Its architecture still have the same way of shaping and designing. According to the emergence of pop art and re-imagined of art to be appropriate to their time.What is the pop version of current factory?. Moreover, being within the public eyes in an attractive way with closely interaction will help people to be aware of the recycling process of waste. This could be achieved by creating a center that will be re-designed, re-programmed, and re-located. It's a factory that will manufacture,educate and socialize.
