Brief About The Project:

The project tackles the issue of the waste of land specifically in Hammana in Mount Lebanon. In an attempt to create a more luxurious image of the city, a huge part of the village that was previously used for agriculture underwent a failed allotment project. The proposed project is a new master plan that would evolve over the course of three phases depending on the need to build. It reshapes the plots of land into long and narrow plots (7.5x60 meters) thus allowing more flexibility, mixity and variety in the building types and the land use.
