Brief About The Project:
Ajloun is characterized by its moderate climate, numerous forests, abundant water and fertility of soil. These factors made Ajloun area a suitable place for human settlements since ancient times; and that is clear in the historical monuments scattered in it.Despite the diversity of resources in Ajloun Governorate, it was classified as the second poorest governorate in Jordan, according to a government study in 2013.The main objective of the project is to contribute to the development of ecotourism in the governorate through an integrated plan that will improve the population’s livelihood and social cohesion; promote the historical and environmental culture.
