Brief About The Project:
We are living a machine age, meaning humans depend on machines to achieve work. Saudi Arabia have set 2030 Vision seeking to enhance the economic platform and the private sectors. My Project is Robotics Innovation Hub composed of 4 disciplines in Robotics engineering leaving 2 platforms for each discipline, slab and lab. The problem investigated is the inability to reach innovation due to the organizational structure. Therefore, the solution journey starts by the treatment of architectural formula based on the theory of linear organizational structure to matrix organizational structure.
