Brief About The Project:
In a place where residences for families and bachelors are separated, an Oxymoron is created.
Bachelors come in the mindset of being here temporarily and don’t care about how they live.
Some decide to temporarily brings their wives, and slowly settle down. These family grows as they have children, bringing parents or siblings, or when their children have children too. They stay in the same apartment for years, barely having enough space.
To solve this, having a dedicated structure for bachelor pods which can be shipped to their country. family residences adjacent to it have an open plan with a services core so that the families can use the next-door apartment and make it one.
