Jordan’s statistics of its fast-growing population, is made up of youth for the largest proportion. At-risk youth priorities identified by the USAIDNational Youth Assessment were the quality of education, employability, and civic and community engagement. Responding to these issues, an Innovation and Creativity Incubator in the heart of an Interactive Business Centre is the best first-step towards social-innovation, social-development, and investing local human resources
