Brief About The Project:
The 250-student building is designed to accommodate a diverse community that supports the individual and at the same time creates a university student complex where students can live, study and socialize. Each student enjoy independence, privacy, view, and other private and shared services, which makes this student residential complex integrated and vital.
The project aims to connect the two university campuses and all students, so it is located in a central area.
The 11-floor building contains single and double studios , common spaces , library , cafeteria , multipurpose hall , gym , print room and activity halls , with an administration department , staff rooms and security offices.
