Brief About The Project:

This thesis tackles the natural landscape changes observed around the Mediterranean Sea resulting from climate change, specifically, sea level rise. It acknowledges the need to deflect from governments’ policies in order to work for nature’s best interest. Thus, in a world oriented towards Artificial Intelligence, it shifts away from a human-centered design, serving the basin’s preservation. Encapsulating the Mediterranean ecosystem including its cultural landscapes, the Autonomous Architecture travels to warn humans on their auto-endangerment. Based on theories of the Earth's regeneration in the Post-Anthropocene, it would reproduce the entire basin’s ecosystem which humankind has defiled.
