Brief About The Project:
The main part of this project is to rehabilitated and develop the city of Amman. I choose to deal with two main ideas in the city which they are stairs and neglected lands.In order to make it easier for the citizens to transit in Amman between mountains and valleys, because of the topography of the city. The main purpose of the Urban Elevators is to connect between two point with a high level difference.
Souq Al Jumaa/ Ras AlAin
This particular site will be connected with BRT Amman station.the urban elevator will connect the souq with Al-Akhdar vertically instead of using collapsible stairs.
