Brief About The Project:
The Port of Beirut represents the country’s wealth through maritime transport. The Port’s expansion is planned strictly on the coastal limit, whereas a potential area of exploitation is neighboring the site in question. Today the system can take advantage of this situation in order to explore and invest within Medawar. The site affords its buildings with outstanding views of Beirut and the project was designed to become an upscale destination for residents and visitors alike. The project aims to regenerate Medawar area into an anchor for the capital’s entrance as well as setting a new standard for waterfront development.
