Brief About The Project:
The project talks about the issue of segregation between east & west Amman, the socio-cultural gap between the two. The rapid urbanization of Amman has led to a fragmented spatial structure consisting of several small ‘cities’ that are segregated socially, culturally and economically. It aims to offer more opportunities of interaction between the two sides, based on economic interaction, which will eventually lead to social interaction with the help of the public spaces that will be inserted in the project, providing training, production, branding & packaging hubs ending with a market.
