يهدف هذا المشروع الذي صُمم ليتناسب مع تضاريس المنطقة المحيطة به إلى رفع مستوى الوعي العام بخصوص الطاقة المتجددة – والشمسية منها بالذات - من خلال مرافقه التعليميّة والعلميّة والبحثيّة والترفيهيّة.
